Regan Smith, Tony Smith is a block and ran. Smith has not crossed the finish line first, but NASCAR has taken away win for Smith and gave Stewart the victory. Not only that, according to Smith, I believe, the 16th Place when everything is said and done.
Tony Stewart was honest, like 4 or 5 different drivers set significantly below the yellow line and was caught, when Johnny Benson in hepushed. The first race was thought to be implimented.
