I received a packet of dry soup mix of lotus seeds from someone who went. The problem is that I do not know how to prepare and the instructions and am no longer in contact with this person. What I have seen this problem, use about 3 gallons of water and the mixture, a few steaks (or half a chicken), add and cook for one or two hours.

Chicken and Lotus Seed Soup Recipe
1 c chicken breast, chopped
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation: Blanch lotus seeds, remove the red-brown edge.
