Accredited Records Technician How Can I Invest In Real Estate Tax Liens?

How can I invest in real estate tax liens? - accredited records technician

I've heard that the tax liens can be 16% pa? Who knows how committed to this investment vehicle for? Am I obligated to go and find my city hall records the estate?

Is this something more than an accredited investor can invest?

Any information would be useful.

Call the county (or state), and if you ask the Treasury auction tax liens ..... some have and others do not. Some property assets sold to pay the collection of taxes, others do not .... depends on the region / state

Concessions being auctioned, as a rule once a year by the collector of the county property tax. The auction is normally open to the public. Contact publicans his county on the date of submission and participation procedures.

Please call the local township assessor or tax collector / assessor is your best option. But you should know what to look for, what kind of properties on offer, and what kind of risks you face. Some states have a 18%, some of which are 15%, some states like Texas, the penalty is 25%.

I propose to forward the purchase of the book source down to this area of investment.
